Welcome to Padel Dynamic Limited ('Padel Dynamic', 'we', 'us ', or 'our'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website as well as padel court and equipment use ('Services'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms are comprised of two parts:

Part A: Use of our website.

Part B: Padel court and equipment use

Please note: These Terms do not govern the sale of our goods or services outside these contexts. All purchases are subject to separate Terms.

Part A: Use of Our Website

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of the website by others. You must not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website.
Use the website to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Third-Party Links and Content

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Padel Dynamic Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the content, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or the information provided.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Dynamic Limited, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the website, including any interactions or transactions with third parties.

Part B: Padel Court and Equipment Use

Padel Dynamic Limited ('Padel Dynamic', 'we', 'us ', or 'our') provides the use of our padel courts (‘Court’) and use of equipment at various venues and events, which may include events organised by third parties.

These terms and conditions ('Terms') apply solely to the use of our Court and the use of equipment provided by Padel Dynamic at those venues. They are separate from any third-party terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, those of event organisers or venue operators.

Pay and Play Bookings

Participation in our pay and play service is subject to availability and requires prior booking.
Individuals must be aged 18 or older to make court bookings.
All bookings and payments must be through TryBooking UK Ltd (‘TryBooking’) before using the Court. Use of TryBooking’s services will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of TryBooking.
The person completing the booking (the ‘Booking Holder’) confirms that all participants under the booking agree to be bound by these Terms. The Booking Holder is responsible for ensuring that all participants are made aware of and comply with these Terms.
All cancellations must be made by contacting Padel Dynamic directly. This can be done via the ‘contact event organiser’ button within your confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the start time of your booking to obtain a refund. Any cancellations made within 6 hours of the start time of your booking are not eligible for a refund or credit. This includes weather-related cancellations or rescheduling, unless in the case of severe weather such as heavy rain, snow, frost, ice, high winds, thunder and lightning, or where we make the cancellation. We advise that you check the weather forecast prior to making the booking. All ticket fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to close or prohibit the use of the court, along with the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion. All monies paid in relation to a booking cancelled in accordance with this condition will be refunded, but we will not be liable for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained directly or indirectly by the hirer, which arises from the cancellation. All Trybooking ticket fees are non-refundable.

Events Run by Third Parties

Third parties who use the Court to run their own events, e.g. demo events, confirm that all participants of these events agree to be bound by these Terms. The third party is responsible for ensuring that all participants are made aware of, and comply with, these Terms.

Court Use and Age Restrictions

Participation is at your own risk. Please ensure you are in good physical health before engaging in any physical activity. If in doubt, you should consult a doctor before playing.
The Court is for padel use only.
Courts are only to be used by the hirers and only between the times stated on the booking.
A maximum of 4 players is permitted on the Court at a time.
No individual under the age of 6 years is permitted to play.
Individuals under the age of 18 years must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
The Court cannot be booked by external coaches for coaching sessions. Where we believe bookings are being used for these purposes, Padel Dynamic reserves the right to cancel these bookings.
Players must wear appropriate sportswear and shoes on the Court. Shoes must be clean before going onto the Court.
You must vacate the Court promptly at the end of your session.
Alcoholic drinks, smoking (including e-cigarettes) or illegal substances are prohibited.
Glass containers and the consumption of food are prohibited on the Court.
No pets are allowed on the Court.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any individual to leave the Court where reasonable or if they fail to comply with the Terms.

Equipment Use

All equipment must be used safely and with care. Any equipment provided by or on behalf of Padel Dynamic must be returned promptly after use or after the end of your session.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of equipment provided for your use and charge players appropriately for any damage.
Players must use the safety strap on the racket whilst playing.
Where rackets are provided free of charge, e.g those placed in an honesty box, these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned promptly after use. We cannot guarantee the availability or condition of the rackets at any given time. We do not accept liability or offer compensation or refunds if rackets are unavailable, lost, or damaged. Players are advised to bring their own rackets to ensure uninterrupted play.

Code of Conduct

Responsible behaviour and respect for others is required at all times. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
No individual intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is permitted to play.

Guests and Spectators

All guests and spectators should comply with these Terms.

Damage

Any damage to the courts or equipment must be reported to us via email to info@padeldynamic.co.uk
On request, the hirer agrees to pay us the cost of repairing or making good any damage, with the exception of fair wear and tear, to equipment or apparatus.

Parking

Where parking is available at venues, this is used at the user’s own risk and subject to any terms of the associated venue. All vehicles are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Liability

Padel Dynamic accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Court or any related equipment. All use is at the user's sole risk.
Padel Dynamic accepts no responsibility for personal belongings. Please do not leave belongings unattended.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Dynamic Limited, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Court and any related equipment, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Photography and Media

By attending the event or participating in any services provided by us, you agree to grant Padel Dynamic the right to record, film or photograph your likeness and to use such recordings and imagery and any reproductions or adaptations of the recordings and images in any media, now known or later developed, for promotional marketing without compensation to you or further authorisation from you. You acknowledge that these images may be viewed worldwide, including in countries outside the United Kingdom where UK law does not apply. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform us.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify our Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or third-party booking provider. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
